NILAS begins with a realistic assessment of your current situation and creates a curriculum specifically for you. Then NILAS provides you with the material to get going!
Most of the States use the MBE multiple choice question battery as part of the standard test. The topics covered include; Contract, Tort, Constitutional, Property, Criminal Law & Procedure, Evidence, plus UCC Sec 2 and Administrative Law.
Since most of the States require a minimum passing grade in the above subjects, NILAS places a substantial emphasis on the "core" subject material, then focuses on the individual States requirements in the area of essays.
Before NILAS, I had paid a fortune to the large “commercial” bar prep providers. Their impersonal, indifferent, “information dumping”, production line, approach just did not work for me, no one really cares if you understand the material or not. Let’s face it, remind you of law school a little? I never understood 100% of the time why an MBE question I completed was right or wrong. When I signed up with NILAS I quickly realized that these guys were very different.
